葉蒨文全情投入剛剛學有所成的拉丁熱舞，與舞蹈老師及來自香港的舞者在台上狂歌熱舞。

本報記者周靜然康州報道：亞洲天后葉蒨文兩場「完全是你」世界巡迴演唱會，22日深夜1時及23日下午2時在康州金神大賭場舉行，迎接聖誕節的氣氛及葉蒨文火辣辣的歌舞唱足兩個多小時，闊別莎麗七年的歌迷大飽耳福。

從香港開跑的葉蒨文「完全是你」演唱會2012，首先在今年9月中21在紅館舉行一連四場。

這是她闊別7年後，再次展開的個唱。稍後並會到拉斯維加斯及新加坡舉行。

雖然離開歌迷已有7 年，但是歌迷對莎麗熱情不減，對於她的舊歌如「祝福」、「零時十分」、「秋來秋去」等，同聲共唱，十分親切，對於她的新歌亦狂呼和應，令到她大為感動，並矢言永不言退。

她說，舞台並不令她緊張，反而有舒服的感覺，見到世界各地的歌迷，十分親切，猶如見到老朋友。

公開坦言自己51歲的葉蒨文，笑說老了對運動充滿狂熱，眾所周知，她的羽毛球技達專業水準，近年來，她還喜愛行山及跳舞。

這次葉蒨文除了帶來多首經典歌曲登陸康州金神體育館外，也為了演唱會而挑戰拉丁舞，還特別邀來兩位資深俄羅斯老師教授舞蹈，他們不單在舞台上火辣拉丁，並且多次跑到台下，與觀眾拉近距離，並且施展球技，用羽毛球拍向觀眾送出紀念品，令歌迷喜出望外。

由於熱愛運動，葉蒨文的身材完全不似一位51歲的人，演唱會的衣服，把她完美的身型展示出來，每次她到後台換衣服時，銀幕都放映為這次演唱預備的花絮。把一位平日爽快隨和，做事嚴謹認真的個性通過她各界友人的口展示出來，拉近了觀眾與莎麗的距離。

葉蒨文出生於台灣台北市，在加拿大長大。

葉蒨文的歌唱事業始於８０年代在香港成名，因此精通三地語言，葉蒨文國語及粵語膾炙人口的作品，唱了《零時十分》、《驛動的心》、《祝福》、《甜言蜜語》、《珍重》、《黎明不要來》、電影《秦俑》主題曲《焚心以火》、《秋去秋來》、《信自己》、《情人知己》、《女人的弱點》、《完全是你》、《傷逝》和國語歌曲《晚風》、《瀟灑走一回》、《選擇》、《曾經心痛》、《真心真意過一生》、《真心》、《愛的可能》等為人熟識的歌曲。

並且應節地唱聖誕英文歌及時代曲，最後在依依不捨的情緒結束演唱，完美地演繹著「完全是你」歌迷的熱情及愛戴，是她也是歌迷的福氣。

2-Hour Show at Mohegan Sun, Connecticut

Sally Yeh Singing Classic Songs and Dancing Hot Dance to Welcome Christmas

Asian Queen of Pop SALLY YEH’s two nights of Intimately Yours World Tour – Mohegan Sun Concert started at 1:00AM and 2:00PM on Dec 23rd at the Mohegan Sun Casino. To welcome the coming Christmas, Sally sang and danced with great passion for more than 2 hours for each show. All the fans in audience who hadn’t seen Sally on stage for 7 years finally got a chance to enjoy her songs again.

SALLY YEH’s Intimately Yours World Tour 2012 started in Hong Kong last September with four consecutive nights of shows at the Hong Kong Coliseum; the first show was held on Sept 21st.

This is her live show after being away from the music industry for 7 years. Later she would also have concerts in Las Vegas and Singapore.

Even though Sally hasn’t seen the fans for 7 years, the fans still liked Sally as much as always; the whole audience sang along with the familiar old songs like “Gsook Fook”, “Ling See Sup Fun”, “Autumn” etc, which made the whole atmosphere feel so warm and intimate. They also cheered and screamed to respond to her newer songs, to which Sally felt very grateful and promised she would never leave the stage as long as the audiences still love to see her.

Sally said, the stage didn’t make her feel nervous, instead, it’s somewhere that she felt comfortably belonged to. Meeting the fans from all over the world felt heartwarming, just like seeing old friends.

Never shying away from the fact that she’s 51 already, Sally jokingly said she’d become even more enthusiastic about sports and doing exercising while aging. We all know Sally plays badminton like a professional, and recently years she also liked hiking and dancing.

This time, besides bringing many classic songs to Mohegan Sun, Sally also took the challenge and especially prepared Latin dance for the concert. She even invited two highly qualified Russian dancing teachers to teach her and dance with her. Together, they not only danced hot dance on stage, for several times they also ran to the audience sitting area to get close to the fans, shake hands with them and hit souvenir badminton birdies to the audience. The fans of course were all thrilled.

Because of her passion for exercising and keeping fit, Sally has a great figure which made her not look like 51 at all. The concert costumes showed her perfect body shape. Whenever she went to backstage to change, on the big screens in the venue fans could see pre-recorded video clips about Sally. In these videos, the audiences got to know a straightforward and easygoing, hardworking and perfectionist Sally through the words and stories told by her friends… and consequentially they all felt closer to Sally too.

Sally was born in Taipei, Taiwan and grew up in Canada.

Sally’s singing career started in the 80’s and she became famous in Hong Kong. Because she’s fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Sally had sung ultra-popular songs in both Cantonese and Mandarin, including Cantonese songs “Ling See Sup Fun’, “Ee Dong Duh Shing”, “Gsook Fook”, “Teen Yan Mut Yu”, “Gsun Gsoong”, “Lai Ming”, “Fun Sum Ee Fok”, “Autumn”, “Suin Gsee Gay”, “Tsing Yun Gsee Gay”, “Women’s Weakness”, “Yuen Gsuan Sai Ney”, “Seung Sai”, and Mandarin songs “Man Foong”, “Seew Sah”, “Shueen Gsak”, “Gsun Gsing Shing Toong”, “Gsen Shing Gsen EE Gwoh EE Sheng”, “I Duh Kuh Neng”, etc.

Sally also sang Christmas songs and popular English Songs to celebrate the upcoming Christmas. The show ended with the fans carrying the fondest memories away with them and wishing for more… this is the perfect reflection of the fans’ enthusiasm and passion for Sally’s arts and deep love and gratitude for her, which this is truly the fans’ blessing, and Sally’s too.
